I thought for sure they were going to stay in FTW through Christmas. I'm sure Joe was in a hurry to get home though. Didn't they look at the weather before traveling? I knew way out here. WFAA said Olney had 7 inches of snow. We sure hope they are ok and Joe is able to walk alright.
Keep us in touch through the blog or whatever. Thanks

mom wanted to get home to play the organ tonight at their midnight mass service that was at 7. When I woke up their was snow here ...i figured there was there too. So I called Sylvia and asked if they were still there ... I thought surely ... but she said they had just left... NO THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE WEATHER CHANNEL IS ... I swear.. I knew they were gonna hit it but mom told me that there wasn't much falling when she ,I guess hit ice. Who knows... I am jsut thankful they are alright. No more trips to Ft. Worth for awhile. If you wanna see mom and dad ..your gonna have to come see them in KC, looks like. It has also been a very stressful week for her and dad with Uncle Luis.

Thank you Irene for the update on your Mom and Dad.I'm thankful they both seem not to be to severely injured. Sometime commentments cloud our judgement, however I'm sure she thought it would be ok to travel. This could have happened even if the weather wasn't bad. It could have been much worse. The good Lord was watching over them.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Love you all
