Here is Roper and his friend in Cloudcroft during vacation. This is at a place called Bluff Springs. Notice the waterfall behind them. This is a hidden place, you would only find it if someone told you where it was at . Good place for a family reunion.

I remember driving through Cloudcroft years and years ago. We really liked it. It's about 7 or 8 thousand feet if I remember right.
make that nine and nearly 9500 near Sunspot. You can see White Sands from there.
That Roper is a good looking kid. Put a guitar in his hands and watch out.
